Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for personal injury, or of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall Beam Labs’s total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the price you’ve paid for the watch, or the amount of 500 USD. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

8. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is unenforceable, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
