Is it possible to display the Google Maps app directly from your phone/tablet to Beam?

Yes, it is. On Android devices: open the Google Maps app on your smartphone. Next, hold your finger on a place you want to display until a red pointer pops up. After that, tap the street name window which appeared on the bottom of your screen. Finally, press the ‘Share’ button and share it with the Beam Remote app.

On iOS devices: you can mirror your screen using Airplay. After you have established the connection between your Apple device and Beam, open Google Maps. Now you can use Google Maps on your iPhone/iPad and display it with Beam.
